INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups chopped coconut
10-12 green chilies
2 cm long ginger
4 garlic flakes
1 tbsp. salt
6 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp. lemon juice
METHOD
Place the coconut with the other ingredients in a blender and blend
until the coconut pieces gets smooth. If required, add water while
blending. Season it with mustard and cumin seeds, if desired
