INGREDIENTS
4 egg yolks
table cream :3 cups
3/4 cup walnut pieces
1 cup amber maple syrup
METHOD
Beat egg yolks. Put table cream in a saucepan. Almost bring to a boil.
Beat heated cream into the eggs. Cool. Mix in maple syrup just before
freezing. When almost done, stir in walnut pieces.
